NOTE orders placed with less than a 14 day notice will be subject to a 10-15% expedition fee to allow for changes in scheduling, staffing, delivery, rush balloon order costs, etc. To ensure balloons look their best for your event we strongly recommend you schedule delivery/pick-up as close to the celebration as possible (outdoor decor should always be installed the day of). ***All sections with a red star must be completed for the form to submit - you will see a confirmation once it has been accepted***
A copy of your tax emption form is required.
Decor Delivery Fees start at $40 for small, local deliveries and can increase to $100+ for decor installs (determined by mileage and equipment requirements)

RENTALS

Pricing is for 12 hour rental for backdrops and a 5 hour rental for bubble house -additional time available. Delivery fees not included. NOTE this is not the correct form if you are wanting to order balloon decor only (columns, centerpieces, arches, etc - please locate the event balloon decor inquiry form on our website).

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THIS BLANK UNLESS YOUR BUDGET IS UNLIMITED. Knowing the estimated amount of funds allotted for your balloon decor is necessary for planning and will save a lot of time when determining what items, lengths, etc we can fit within your budget. Typical private party balloon decor costs range from $350-$800+ and commercial installs $800-$4,000+.
NOTE event venues are not responsible for balloon decor teardown/disposal and may charge additional cleaning fees if forced to do so.
